Premature aging is not just about genetics. In fact, choosing the right products and following a healthier lifestyle can actually help you slow-down the aging process.

Without a doubt there are several habits that can be avoided to help improve the appearance of your skin. For example smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and UV exposure can all lead to premature aging and accentuate the signs of aging. However, out of all these problems the one thing we are all forced to face is solar exposure.

Sabotaging your Facial Skin Rejuvenation Efforts with Sun Exposure

Not everyone likes to smoke or drink alcohol, but everyone likes to feel those sun rays touch their skin, especially after being indoors all day. UV radiation produces most of the problems in the aging process. First off, UV exposure leads to the production of free radicals that can eventually lead to the destruction of cells and tissue.

If you want to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, then your best bet is to use a sunscreen lotion. This type of protection only works well if reapplied often. However, if you don’t know how often you should reapply your sunscreen here is a guideline to help you out. First, find out how long it takes your skin to turn red without any sun protection. You don’t need to feel the stinging sensation so don’t go overboard with the sun exposure. Second, multiply the time (in minutes) it takes for your skin to get red by the SPF factor on the bottle.

For example, if your skin takes 1 min to redden and your sunscreen has an SPF of 30, then you should reapply the product every 30 minutes to maintain a constant level of protection. Also remember to apply your sun protection 20-30 minutes before you go outside.

The Right Natural Skin Rejuvenation Treatment

If using natural skin rejuvenation products worries you because you think that they aren’t as effective as traditional ones, you needn’t worry. However, in order for them to truly help fight the aging process, they need to contain certain basic ingredients.

*Vitamin A

This vitamin helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and can be found in the form of Retinol, Tretinoin or Retinyl Palmitate. Using it regularly can also help even out your skin tone.

*Vitamin C

In skin care products, Vitamin C comes in the form of Ascorbic Acid. It is a potent antioxidant that offers the same benefits of Vitamin A. Plus it can help boost the production of collagen.

*AHAs (Alpha-hydroxy Acids)

These substances are natural exfoliators that can help reduce the signs of aging and tighten the skin.

*Hyaluronic Acid

This ingredient helps maintain the skin healthy and young-looking by keeping in much needed moisture.

BIOSKINREJUVENATION can help treat sun damage and age spots. This natural skin cream contains snail serum and can help treat skin wrinkles and sensitive skin.
